# 1\. INTRODUCTION Welcome to Umbrella Special Forces Unit® Systems (“USFUGC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of all USFUGC-operated services, platforms, applications, websites, communication systems, hosted tools, gaming communities, social platforms, and related infrastructure. By accessing or using any USFUGC service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all USFUGC services. --- # 2\. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS ## 2\.1 Minimum Age Requirement You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for or use any USFUGC services, systems, communities, or platforms. By creating an account, you affirm and legally represent that: - You are at least 18 years old; - You possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; - All registration information provided is truthful and accurate. ## 2\.2 Underage Users If USFUGC discovers or reasonably believes that a user is under the age of 18: - The account may be immediately terminated without notice; - Associated data, files, communications, and content may be permanently deleted; - Refunds will not be provided; - The email address associated with the account may be retained solely for fraud prevention, security enforcement, and preventing re-registration until legal age eligibility is met. USFUGC is not responsible for misrepresentation of age by any user. --- # 3\. ACCOUNT SECURITY & USER RESPONSIBILITIES You are solely responsible for: - Maintaining confidentiality of your credentials; - All activity conducted under your account; - Securing your devices and login information. The following activities are strictly prohibited: - Account sharing; - Identity impersonation; - Unauthorized access attempts; - Circumvention of security systems; - Use of stolen or fraudulent credentials. USFUGC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized or malicious activity. --- # 4\. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY Users may not use USFUGC services to: - Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse others; - Distribute illegal, harmful, or pirated material; - Engage in hate speech or discriminatory conduct; - Upload malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious code; - Conduct phishing, fraud, scams, or impersonation; - Reverse engineer, exploit, or attack USFUGC infrastructure; - Operate unauthorized automation, bots, scrapers, or crawlers; - Abuse bandwidth, hosting, storage, or computational resources. Violations may result in immediate enforcement action including suspension, permanent bans, data removal, or legal reporting. --- # 5\. COMMUNITY STANDARDS & SOCIAL MEDIA PROTECTIONS USFUGC maintains a community-focused environment intended to support respectful interaction among gamers, hobbyists, creators, and community members. Users may not: - Use USFUGC branding, logos, identity, or reputation maliciously; - Misrepresent affiliation with USFUGC; - Conduct harassment campaigns across social media or third-party platforms; - Share confidential administrative information without authorization; - Encourage brigading, doxxing, defamation, or targeted harassment. USFUGC reserves the right to investigate conduct occurring both on and off platform when such conduct negatively impacts community safety, operations, reputation, members, or infrastructure. Public content posted on social media platforms may be reviewed for moderation, compliance, and enforcement purposes where legally permitted. --- # 6\. SERVICES, HOSTING, & PLATFORM ACCESS USFUGC may provide services including but not limited to: - Communication systems; - Gaming community platforms; - Hosted applications; - Email services; - File storage; - Community dashboards; - Book club and hobby systems; - Member-only tools and infrastructure. Access limits, quotas, storage restrictions, and feature availability may vary by account role, membership level, or service tier. USFUGC reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. --- # 7\. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES USFUGC may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to: - Discord - PayPal - Stripe - GitHub - YouTube - Social media platforms - External APIs or authentication providers USFUGC is not responsible for third-party outages, breaches, content, policies, moderation decisions, or data practices. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. --- # 8\. PAYMENTS, DONATIONS, & REFUND POLICY ## 8\.1 Voluntary Contributions Donations, tips, community support contributions, and voluntary monetary contributions to USFUGC are entirely optional and non-refundable. ## 8\.2 Services & Invoices Certain services may require payment through invoices, subscriptions, deployments, commissions, hosted solutions, or premium offerings. All payments made to USFUGC are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by authorized USFUGC administration. ## 8\.3 No Refund Policy No refunds, credits, or reimbursement will be issued for: - Donations; - Membership contributions; - Terminated accounts; - Violations of Terms or Community Regulations; - Partial service periods; - Dissatisfaction with community decisions; - Voluntary cancellation; - Suspended or revoked access. Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent bans and legal collection efforts where applicable. --- # 9\. TERMINATION OF SERVICES USFUGC reserves the unrestricted right to: - Suspend or terminate any account; - Restrict platform access; - Remove content; - Revoke services; - Delete stored data; - Deny future access. Termination may occur: - With or without notice; - For violations or suspected violations; - For operational, administrative, security, or legal reasons; - At USFUGC’s sole discretion. No refunds or compensation shall be provided following service termination. All moderation and enforcement decisions made by USFUGC administration are final. --- # 10\. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES All services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. USFUGC makes no guarantees regarding: - Service uptime; - Availability; - Data retention; - Performance; - Compatibility; - Security; - Reliability. Your use of USFUGC systems is entirely at your own risk. --- # 11\. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, USFUGC, its leadership, staff, volunteers, administrators, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for: - Data loss; - Service interruptions; - Financial losses; - Indirect or consequential damages; - User-generated content; - Third-party actions; - Security breaches beyond reasonable control; - Emotional distress; - Reputation damages; - Platform misuse by other users. Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount directly paid by the user to USFUGC within the previous thirty (30) days. --- # 12\. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUESTS USFUGC does not sell user data to third parties. USFUGC may disclose user information only when legally compelled through: - Valid search warrants; - Binding court orders; - Legally enforceable judicial directives. USFUGC does not voluntarily comply with informal requests, speculative inquiries, or non-binding subpoenas unless legally required under applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents USFUGC from cooperating with lawful emergency disclosures involving imminent threats to life or safety where required by law. --- # 13\. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All USFUGC branding, logos, systems, written materials, graphics, infrastructure, and original content remain the intellectual property of USFUGC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, impersonation, redistribution, or misuse is prohibited. --- # 14\. CHANGES TO TERMS USFUGC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
